Hello there

I’ve been going through the posts for a week or so and found many useful information but then again, the more I read the more confused I am so I’d like to gather all my doubts and if you are kind enough to answer them, I will be more than grateful. I started my PE adventure like 10 days ago so I am a complete newbie and the reason I want to enlarge my D is that I lack girth. Length is neither impressive but hearing several time that it’s the girth that matters most I thought I could try working on it. Length would be just a nice addition.

My routine is as follows
- Warm up - hot shower
- AV stretches - 10minutes
- Dry jelq - 15-20minutes
- Warm down - dipping my D in warm water

Now to make my post shorter and avoid being too talkative I will list all my doubts, concerns etc instead of writing a whole story(sorry to those who like reading)
- Firstly of course, could you please provide me with some girth exercises, best methods, whatever works.
- Is 2 days in a row of training and one day of rest too exhausting and slower the gains or is it still fine? I don’t feel sore or nothing like that
- Should I change into classic jelq instead of dry one? Does it have any other effect?
- If I start jelqing with lube, will warming one boost the effect? Or maybe some PE gels as I heard they might also work as PE means themselves.
- Do you support your gains with any supplements or balanced diet? I am thinking about L-arginine pills(one 500mg once a day, just a little dose as I read some bad things about l-arginine overdose). I also take Menmag which is Magnesium pills with Zinc which helps to maintain the proper level of testosterone.
- Is smoking strictly banned? It is well known fact (or perhaps myth?) that smoking may lead to penile shortening. I do smoke 1 or 2 cigarettes a day which is not a big deal but do you think it still might be harmful?

I think that it is everything but should I need further guidance, I will be posting my doubts here. Thanks in advance and sorry if there are some mistakes in language.

There are no definities in PE. Its all about trying and adjusting.
Read about PI ‘s and adjust your routine according to them. Thats your best bet at getting it right(link in my sig).
Rest is also adjusted according to PI ‘s. 2 on 1 off or 1 on 1 off is a good place to start with.

Routine looks too much for just starting out.
Start with something like 1-5 minutes of jelqs at low intensity. Then increase time first.
If you are uncut dry jelq can work quiet good. Try wet too.
Whenever you do something new do it at very low intensity and low time.

Most girth exercises are advanced and need some base of beeing conditioned.
(some weeks/months of jelqs increasing time and intensity slowly).

Of course could be someone tell you something different :D
There are more then one way to gain.

Shower is not enough to warm up your penis, it did not penetrate the heat so well. Rice-socks, hot wash cloth, heating pad is the best bet, for sure.

I did arginine supplementation for a while and didn’t notice any changes or any kind of “support”. Used pills and powder aswell, nothing (low and high dosages). Now I’m taking what’s left off (citrulline-malate powder, 6g/day) before stop for good. I don’t think they overdoses because they are aminoacids, but they might increase NO2 levels (must cicle).

@Dickerschwanz so basically I shouldn’t over train myself and wait like 2 months until strating something more exhausting? And yes I’m uncut and dry jelq seems to be quite effective for me, got like 0,5cm in less than 2 weeks which is satisfactory to me.

I have heard bad things about ZMA, zinc and magnesium supplements. If I remember right zinc can be pretty bad for the prostate in the long term.
YOu can get arginine in nuts, brazil nuts, almonds and sesame seeds.

As for the warm up you can wrap a cloth around your shaft in the shower, pour really hot water on it and reheat it more often than needed.

Yes otherwise you push your tissue into hardening(worst; injury) and it will be harder down the road to gain.

In PE we want to gain with the least intensity needed to gain. The monch hanging huge stone fro mthere junk dont have necessarily huge dick… Just strong dicks.

So at least 2-3 months conditioning so your veins and tissue is able to do more advanced work.

It’s crucial to warm up properly, because it will decrease the chences to get injury or hurt, specially for you that’s already doing 10 minutes of stretches and 20 minutes of dry jelq (looks a bit loaded for a begginer). About supplementation, I’m still thinking that a balanced diet will do just fine. It’s really hard to tell If any supplement will work (supplements =/= medicines), for some might appear a slighly change(s), for some just nothing. Don’t know about your age, but you will have plenty of time to try then out, If you want to (they are not that expensive). Have nice one.

I came up with an idea for warm up which is filling a glass(that I don’t use to drink from) with warm water, not too hot though, and put my D inside so that the heat spreads deep inside quickly. Hold like that for 3 minutes and I’m pretty much warmed up. Is that enough you think? Not really into injuring myself. Also I decided to train a bit less, I.e. Approx. 7min stretch and 15 min jelq. As mentioned before, I don’t feel exhausted or sore so I think even though my D is a newbie it is doing quite well. I’m 20 so supplementation is not a must for me but since it is a small dose just to compliment any lacks in my diet, life style or whatever, I think its not harmful.

@Walter5169 I guess there are no supplements that we can only benefit from. I’ll have a look at some articles to see if it does any bad, thank you!
