Ok so here goes, I recently lost my virginity and the lady to which I am currently involved with seems content enough with my length which is about 6” NBP she actually complained once of pain. But she did say she likes it thinker. My question since I have not done PE in god, prolly a year. Is a jelq, and manual squeeze routine going to help me get up to clamping in a decent amount of time. I’m hoping to gain an inch in girth where as length I’m no too concerned about. Does anyone have a girth centered routine they feel like sharing? The search function yielded nothing for me. Maybe I searched the wrong area?

I cannot attest to permanent gains, but the bathmate keeps me well over my normal, pre bathmate girth. Before I started using it, my EG was about 4.75. Yesterday, after I used the pump, my EG was 6.5. While it doesn’t stay at 6.5, after even 48 hours, my EG still stays larger than my pre bathmate girth. I pumped with the BM about 5 hours ago, and I’m still at about 5.25 EG.

Well I’m also searching for good newbie girth exercises.

Using bathmate x30 before sex for about 25 minutes.

As far as I know from reading this forum bathmate or any pump has high possibility of building fluid. Which influence negative on overall PE.

If I understood correctly it makes your ligs harder to stretch.

Many times after using BM I get edema which is not good also.

Biggest piece of advice… DON”T overdo it and hurt yourself!

Pumping will get you a quick fix but if you pump like Tman and go from 4.75 to 6.5 your unit will look kind of strange and bloated. I would start with manual again for a month and then go to squeezes. Do that until you notice a leveling in expansion (at least another month) and then do some water pumping if you want to look into that - 10 minute sets no more than 3 sets a day. Move to clamping after that. My two cents…

I appreciate all the help, I completely forgot about the 440, I’m going to work up to that. I figure a month of stretching and jelqing and then slowly easing into the squeezes and then another month or two before clamping. Ill just be really easy for now. Another question. I’ve been having a rough time staying hard during sex and was wondering if anyone had this problem? And had any advice. I really want it at the start but just slowly start loosing interest the longer we go and even though it feels great I’m just staying up and it frustrating for both of us. After I started PE again it seemed to take longer to go softer. Its not like a loss of erection its more of a decrease in EQ to the point that it can bend without pain but still will go in. Any advice?

Some NO booster might help. (arginin , l citrulline)

Start from jelqs. After a few months you can start with clamping, if you really want to. Forget Horse440 for a year at list. Gaining 1” of true, unadultered girth, is extremely hard, I think no more than 1 on 100 succeed.
