Hi guys I need little help in girth gain

Maybe you can give agood girth routine

Somthing that gives you good gain

I’m trying to work on girth more than length as well, Ulis, semi erect bends, semi erect squeezes, kegels, dry jelqs, lots of other PE exercises that help you gain girth. But that’s just my 2 cents, I am only a newbie haha

A little more information on what you have tried in the past might be necessary.

Otherwise, like Ironhead22 is chanting, jelqing as per the newbie routine is your best bet.

Also, to everyone who has posted above, try to remember proper punctuation. (periods at ends of sentences, spell check, etc)
