Girth, Length and Strength
I’ve been Manual PE for sometime and am drawing up a new PE routine for myself that would involved clamping (for girth), hanging (for length) and pumping (for erection). I plan to hang almost everyday (starting with 1hour/day), I’d clamp every other day and pump after clamping sessions. I would take Sundays off all PE routine. I should add that I am not new to pumping or clamping and I do know my limit in those fields. I know there are a lot of varied reactions about mixing hanging with clamping and pumping.
What is the best routine if one is to harness all three in their routine? And would they compliment or hinder one another (please provide reason as to why)? I would also greatly appreciate any advice on the subject of doing all three together.
