I have started to jelq and have noticed harder erections and more pertruding veins, but I really would like some advice on what is the best routine/method for adding some girth to my penis.+

Can anyone give me some pionters please.

A consistent warmup and jelq routine is the best way to increase girth. If you don’t believe me, start reading the thousands of posts here. How long have you been at this?

Stick with the jelqing for now.

When you are more conditioned you can give a shot to some clamping and other advanced girth exercise.

Anyways within a few months you’ll be noticing excellent girth gains with your current jelqing session.
