So you answered it yourself, it is to a considerable degree a psychological issue. The contrast between your perception of your girth size and those in the pron movie are pointing in separate directions making it impossible to be integrated in mind, causing the feeling of inadequacy.
A simplified model of the issue:
Your perception ([your- girth- size]————————-psych. Distance—————————————————————————————————[pornstar’s-girth-size])
Psychological distance might not reflect the real distance. You should somehow try to lower this distance.
How to lower the distance?
Well, one can lower , to some degree, such psych. Distances with f. Example having real objective measurements, like your girth vs. The mean girth of the population, I think that the mean is in a range of 4.4-5-5 (inches)so your girth is within normal statistical range (+/- 1 standards deviation) (wiki). But maybe you would best feel if you were in the perfect middle, 5.0 inches?
But I sense that it would not satisfy you completely, based on the fact that you report of getting great feedback from girls that had sex with you, but not sufficient for you (I don’t mean it in a bad way). The girl’s feedback is also possibly use for decreasing the psych distance in the above model.
Altogether your ideal girth is set deep withing your psyche and the above distance is increasing your motivation for doing something with it. Since it is deeper layers of your motivation, it needs a more complex actions on different levels.
I can’t give you a perfect answer of the ‘treatment’ but but you can try this:
For the upper layers of motivation: you could make a list all the things you like about your penis and what it can do, and had done (f.ex. What it had done to those girls :) ), and then for the bad things, now when you have done that, examine all the bad points you made, one by one, and score it with an % of accuracy by asking your self how much truth is it for each statement, “do I have evidence to really believe it and so on?”
For the deeper layer of that motivation, you could use that energy for PE, I my self increased most in length and 0.3 inches in girth, so it is possible and maybe with the right routine you would gain a bit more in a time perspective of 7-12 months, it you nail the right routine.
Mine was based on stretching and jelqing ( stretching 60-90 sec in each directions twice, and jelqing for 30 min.), you should do the stretching but have a main focus on jelqing (40-45 min.).
Remember to be persistent with what ever routine you do (5 day on 2 off) and experiment with the power for the exercises as well ( f.example: starting easy and increase the power).
