Hi guys ive been using my bathmate goliath for almost a year now, just recently started using it in the am and pm. I am wonderin what else i can do to enlarge my girth, i jelq after pumping and tried a clamp but it made my penis discolored so i stopped.

When i pump now i dont get any fluid build up, i do two 7.30 minute sessions, should i up it that way i start to see fluid build up again?

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I pumped (air) once in the am and again in the pm 20 minute sessions (at 5 hg), six days a week and once a week for 45 minutes at lower vacuum (4 hg) and gained over one inch in girth.


Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

I started at 5.5 EG and now im at 5.75 EG, my length increased but i prefer girth, i am 8.5 BPEL. 9 inches if its after a pumping session. I dont see much girth gains from the pump, twice a day pumping i just started weeks ago. My goal would be 6.5 EG if possible. Idk how many years it will take. Any advice would be great and perhaps ill try a low pressure once a week for 30 minutes!:) how long did it take to gain one inch, i see you started in 2009

I gained .75” girth in my first 18 months. The rest gas been bits and pieces. I gained .25” last year and some months. It’s slow to gain girth, most agree.

Continue clamping, get a pump that fits you better, up the intensity and volume of your work.

It depends. More PE may not be best. Too much use of anything, especially pumping and clamping often stalls gains. I would take a break. Assess what devices or exercises give you the best PIs. Then start again after 4 to 8 weeks off.

Stalled gains don’t get fixed with force.

He just started 2 sessions a day of.7.5 minutes each 2 weeks ago, you can assume he’s been doing LESS than that for almost a year. In my experience, please correct me if I’m wrong, the bathmate generally gives subpar pressure to most pumps.

So he’s pumping with weak pressure 2 times a day with short sets (for that pressure).

He’s barely doing any work, I would say try more.

The Bathmate pressure amount is immaterial. Blindly amping up work continues a trend of toughening the penis that starts with whatever he was originally doing that stalled his gains.

He can amp it up and stall flat till he pushes intensity into lowered EQ and injury. Or regroup. You don’t just guess with pumps. It’s smarter to analyze what he’s been doing then proceed from that information.

So pressure doesn’t matter with pumps, tickle your dick with a feather and it will grow.

I suggest he at least try some more moderate stress, see how that works, then consider a decon break.

I generally get the pump pressure up to where it almost is unxomfortable and keep it there for the session, per session. Since im bot seeing flyid build up, should i keep the pressure longer? Maybe 8 1/2 minutes times 2?

From his account, if he is no longer jelqing with the 2 bathmate sets, he’s barely doing anything.

Unless you’ve got a straight up routine to offer, I don’t see what you’re bringing here. Additionally, if he’s using the updated version of the Goliath…that pump outputs incredible pressure if not used correctly. The handball system is not the same as push down bellows. And if you think guys haven’t been injured by the bathmate, bruised and discolored, I suggest you look around the forum before offering your “advice” with zero basis to back it up with.

I was jelqing mid set and after but it just seemed to make me longer not thicker

It def puts enough pressure because i can get donuts really fast if i pressurize too fast
