I’ve been PEing for half a year now and I seem to be gaining length with only 20-30 jelqs every other day. So far I haven’t got any girth gains though. I would like to get some girth as well, so what would you recommend me to do? Clearly just jelqs are not going to get me girth and I don’t think stretching would help either. Should I perhaps add something to my routine? What, how much? Thanks.

I quite like doing the jelq squeezes, they seem to be plumping up my glans quite nicely.
Think my next plan will to incorporate some horse 440’s somewhere down the line.

You only do 20-30 jelqs and got gains. WOW guess maybe a should tame my workout down a bit.

Thanks for the replies. I think I will start doing a few jelq squeezes on top of my jelqs. Btw, should the grips be standard or overhand when doing jelq squeezes?

Over hand is best you can get more to the base of the penis that way.
