Girth help please

Spiff, from what I’ve heard the bathmate doesn’t have a gauge which can mean you overdo the pressure! That’s about as much as I know for devices.

I feel my girth gains have taken a lot longer to realise and the girth exercises are also more dangerous to the dick. Horse440s for example work a treat but I go easy when doing them and I don’t do them everyday.

I make Ulis, Jelq Squeeze, Horses Squeeze, plumped bend, V-stretch, Bathmate 3*5 min with mid. Pressure. Between session I make 50 wet jelq. If looked my thread you seen my girth gain for only 3 month. Now I add in my routine clamping.

Would you say 6 months is normal to not see girth gains yet? It’s really got me frustrated because girth is mainly what I’m after.

Thanks I’ll give it a try. It’s weird because I feel like I’m getting thicker, but every time I measure it’s still the same 4.5. It’s really frustrating my lengths gone from 6.1 to 6.625 so I’m happy with it.

I saw no girth gains for a pretty long period of time and stopped measuring eventually, when I finally measured again I’d gained about .5”. Just remember, don’t rush, do as much research as possible in regards to exercises you’re considering, and don’t stress over it.

After 8-12 months of PE I started to research and then incorporate Uli’s, plump bends, and jelq squeezes into my routine. These are high intensity exercises that can cause damage if done improperly so it’s crucial to understand what you’re doing beforehand, because one injury could mean months of recovery.

To follow on from Velhung here. Girth gains are harder to achieve because, if you think about it, there is more growing needed. To gain any girth there needs to be an increase in the overall volume and that’s a big amount.

Length is easier as you are gaining from lig stretch initially and then in turn volume. Once ligs are stretched out then you often see a slow-down in gains as it’s the trickier volume based gains.
