Girth help please

Alright so I have been PEing for 2 months now and I have great length gains (as you can see in my signature). I made girth gains my first month but none in my second month. My first month I did 15 minutes of jelqing and in my second month I added horse 440 squeezes into my jelqs. So does anybody have any suggestions on what exercises I can try to gain girth? I want to focus a little more on my girth this third month and see if I can get some good gains. I was reading a thread about the Uli #3 exercise and was thinking about adding that into my routine. Any suggestions or advice is appreciated!

Dude…. Horse 440s are way to hard on your unit if your only 2 months in. Stick with the newbie routine for at least 3 months. You don’t want to hurt yourself.

Hi Cody, the Newbie routine suggests working your way up to 30 minutes of jelqing. So I think you should work up to that and try it out for awhile.

Girth appears to come slower than length so maybe it is possible you are actually gaining but can not notice it easily.

Ironhead, I figured they were but I’ve never had a problem or injury doing them so I figured I would be fine to continue them.
Thighhunter, thanks for the suggestion ill bump up my jelqing time to 20 minutes.

The newbie routine was giving you gains in length and girth. You added a no-n00bs intense girth routine against the advise and collected wisdome of the forums and your girth gains stopped. And your solution, rather than going back to what worked, is to experiment with random stuff?

Running a Massive Co-Front.

I’ve gained 0.25 inches in girth quite rapidly after coming back from break. I did bundled stretches, but those are considered more advanced. I was not and I am not advanced, but I still did them and gained quite a bit,

Those are great gains I hope I can gain that this month. I think I’m just going to stay with 15 minutes stretching and either 20 minutes of wet jelqs or 15 minutes of jelqing and 5 minutes of jelq squeezes. Maybe, we’ll see hopefully gains come thanks for the reply Hugh
