I take it when you say 1.5 girth you are talking width or diameter. We measure girth here by circumference. Measure around the thickest part of your unit with a tape measure or a string then measure the string against a ruler. Best thing you can do for girth for now is probably jelqing. Just follow the Newbie routine till you’ve toughened up your dick enough to stand stronger exercise.

3 inches girth? Are you measuring correctly?

If you are, you still have to stick to the newbie routine for 3-4 months before looking at girth specific exercises. Just give it some time.
