I am currently around 5.25 erect, and 4.5 girth when erect. I’m looking to gain both length and girth, but what is the best way to gain just girth?

In my humble, opinion it would be cable clamping once you’ve performed the newbie routine (jelqing) for at least 3 months for conditioning.

If I was back at the beginning, I think I would have stuck with the newbie routine much more than I did. Light jelging and kegels only.
I made significant newbie gains and was doing great back then. I remember my initial shock that this stuff DOES actually work. It seem like my dick grew overnight back then. Then I had to take a unplanned break for a week or 2 and it was a battle ever since. But I also got more agressive and hit the advance exercises way to early. Well, today I finally got to post in the injuries forum. And let me tell you, I’m not thrilled about it.
Frankly, it sucks big time.

Ineedhelp, believe me when I say that we know what you want. We all want it too. You will do well to take the cautions seriously. Because gains do happen, they just DON’T happen overnight. And nobody is trying to keep them from you.
Stick with the newbie routine and go slow. In no time at all you’ll be typing one of those HOLY F*!!! post about your own gains. You may even be so proud you want to share pictures of it. Do document your start in pictures if only for yourself. I wish I had.

Stick with what Pud said for now. The jelg WILL increase both length and girth, get you conditioned, and should notice some almost instant change for the better in overall “penis health”. You’ll know what I mean when I say “penis health” as you begin to experience it.
I wasn’t born with the biggest dick on the block either, but diving into PE with the same obsessive compulsive dysfunction some of the rest of occasionally have won’t get you “there” any faster. In fact it may just do the opposite.

Okay, that’s been my best well rounded, well intentioned advice for ANY newbie. Yes it works, you too can get “there”, but whoa up fella’, there’s no running allowed here.

Clamping, Ulis and horses have given me huge girth gains. Only do them when you reach 3 months of constant PEing because your penis will be conditioned to do them.

Question for all you pros- do you still do jelqs or do you feel you are much too conditioned for the effect? Like for example, you can maybe do some pushups to gain strength as a weak fatass, but once you start benching 1.5x your own weight, pushups no longer have any effect at all.

I’ve been doing PE for years, including pumping for over a decade. I almost exclusively jelq, right now all I’m doing is jelqing. I’ll change things up after a while, but I never leave jelqing for long. I look at jelqing as the real intense move and the other things as a mild break. Yes even clamping, I think clamping is dangerous and might serve some benefit somewhere or I wouldn’t do it. But I still feel jelqing is much more productive and beneficial.

I favor overhand dry jelqing as my all time favorite PE exercise. Done right I don’t think anything even compares to jelqing.

I gave up jelqing when I reached my girth goal, in October.
