Hello I am new to the forum but have been doing PE for about 4 months. I started with a extender and I gained about .2 inch in length but decided I wanted girth instead. I had read about clamping and started doing that for a month. I have only seen an improvement in EQ and I can get as much as .5 inch bigger while clamping but I do not see any gain in EG size. I read what articles I saw on clamping here. My routine was 3 days clamping 2 days off doing 3 sets of 10 minutes and then a fourth going all out normally only last 8 minutes this point. I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong but I was hoping for advice. I tried dry jelqing but I couldn’t keep in the erection range that is stated so I was hoping to find out if I should change my routine or if there was something else I should add or switch too. I have also read you can over work it but I do not believe I have any thing that is listed as negative sign.
