First I want to say thanks for the forum to all the moderators. I have read this page for a while and done a good bit of research on PE. I have been very reluctant to start PE as I don’t care to gain much if any length, but I desperately want to get thicker. I am naturally very long but rather thin. Is there a routine I can safely start with that will focus mainly on girth? I will be posting pictures in the progress report files tonight so I can eventually prove that this works for other people. I am currently 8.4 BPEL and 5.1 EG. Thanks for any help you can provide.
