First I want to say thanks for the forum to all the moderators. I have read this page for a while and done a good bit of research on PE. I have been very reluctant to start PE as I don’t care to gain much if any length, but I desperately want to get thicker. I am naturally very long but rather thin. Is there a routine I can safely start with that will focus mainly on girth? I will be posting pictures in the progress report files tonight so I can eventually prove that this works for other people. I am currently 8.4 BPEL and 5.1 EG. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Eventually you could move on to clamping too, but it is very advanced, so try manual jelqing and/or low pressure pumping first. You always gotta progress slowly and steadily in PE to be safe. I started just like you: long and kinda thin, but some early pumping and jelqing increased my girth to the point where I feel it is acceptable for a while as I make further length gains.

I have been skeptical of pumping, but it’s mainly due to an over zealous first time. I used a home made pump and went way to high with the pressure. I’m going to start with the newbie routine after all. If it adds length it adds length. I appreciate the responses.

Quite frankly with measurements like yours it’s really unlike it’ll add any visible length. You have so much more surface on the sides for the vacuum to expand compared to only the top part of the penis that will have a pulling force.

Just finished my first day on the newbie routine. I know it’s all in my head this early on but it feels promising. Like the pump from a great workout.

I’m going to do this for a month then asses and consider adding the pump.

I know what you mean, optimism is good though. Keep at it :D .

I believe you will gain length regardless of whether or not you would like to, whether it is through better EQ/lig stretching/ or increases in the glans. I have gained around 3/4” length in two months and I have been focused strictly on girth work this entire time. I gained that very quickly however and to say where it was gained from I don’t know, but it has plateaued in the meantime while my girth continues progressing.

What kind of girth work are we talking here? For instance, jelqing will definitely build length too (it is the most dynamic exercise we have in our arsenal, after all), but clamping usually doesn’t build much length for most people.

I think the closest thing to jelqing I do, would be stroking to get an erection going. I do Uli’s, horse440’s, erect bends and occasional pan press/frendo/compression/random smashing type things, ha. I avoid clamping because I do not want a purple dink.

Well guys I’m a little over two weeks in, I am avoiding measuring for at least 3 months, but I can tell it’s working. I won’t say there is any noticeable difference in erection size, but I’m definitely hanging bigger. I didn’t expect any flacid state improvement for a long time but it was almost instantaneous for me. Hopes are still high for big girth gains in the future.

THere are tons of girth routine in the forum bro, just choose whatever you like doing.
