Girth gains after jelking for one year
I first heard about jelqing one and a half years ago. Last year I started jelqing, without any technique, and did it for some months. That got me from 7in to 8in (BPEL), but the girth stayed the same all through these first attempts.
Aftwerwards, I did jelq every once in a while, but it didn’t work anymore. Then, 2 months ago, I learned about this site and started reading it, only to discover that there is so much more to PE than wet jelqing. Now I’m trying to do some stretching, followed by 200 jelqs and 10 sets of ULI girth exercises (I don’t know if that is the right name, it is that exercise where you grab the base of the penis and apply a lot of pressure, engorging the glans). It didn’t hurt, but left some small (around 2mm in diameter or less) bruises that got me somewhat worried.
I would like some help on this:
—Are the bruises normal?
—How can I increase girth? I am today at 8 x 5 in BPEL, my goal is 9 x 6in, is it even possible?
—Would anybody care to suggest a routine, if the one I’m doing now isn’t adequate?
