I Was wondering what is the quickest and most effective PE method for gaining girth? I was thinking clamping but I am new to PE and wasn’t sure if it was the best and safest way to go.

Since you’re new to PE, do not clamp. I recommend jelqing for you.

Newbie routine. You’ll be surprised by what you can gain with it.


Started (6-10-12) BPEL: 7.000", NBPEL: 6.0" EG: not certain

Current (10-20-13) BPEL: 7.75", NBPEL: 6.375", EG: 4.875"

Goal: NBPEL: 7.5", EG: 5.5"

Girth comes v e r y slow ..

Honestly, jelqing is probably the easiest and most effective thing you can do. Most successful PE’ers only resort to the other stuff (pumping, clamping,etc) after they have gotten all they can out of manual exercises. While you’re new, jelqing definitely offers the best bang for the buck.

I agree that jelqing is the best approach for a beginner. And remember that trying to achieve anything quickly, PE related, is probably not a good plan. PE is like a marathon, not a sprint.

I gained a .25” in girth in a month with just jelqing. Do the jelqs at like 80%. I personally got to 100% started to jelq then it would go down to like 70 - 80% and I would just kinda stay there and when it went down got it back up to 100% rinse and repeat. Follow the newbie routine man I was shocked at my gains.
