girth from length exercises?

girth from length exercises?

As many of you may know, I had venous ligation surgery due to a venous leak. Therefore, any girth work is too dangerous for me as it is the most likely to re-open the issue. I can, however, stretch. Has anybody ever gotten ANY girth from just stretching? What kind of length can I even gain from just manual stretches?

I think I seem thicker during my stretching, but maybe I’m just deluding myself :) .
