Girth Exercises
Could anyone suggest some techniques to increase girth but not length? I’ve actually gained a quarter inch in length in a ridiculously short period of time from the newbie routine but what I was really after was girth gains which I have not seen. I know these will take longer than the 3 weeks I’ve put in so far but I would like to optimize my routine for girth rather than length so that I will see results quicker. So does anyone have suggestions for that would be effective but not too dangerous for a newbie?
