Hello, I was wondering what people have done to get over the girth barrier. From what I can tell with other people’s posts, this barrier usually begins at about 0.3-0.5 inches in young healthy posters. (It certainly can come on faster if you have a history of being unhealthy and once had poor blood circulation).

I have been stuck at about 5.37 max shaft (0.5 gains) and 5.0625/5.125 midshaft for a while now. I have been doing clamping and manuals. Any suggestions? When looking at the averages (thunders stat’s) it seems that many people have an easy time getting past the first 0.25/0.3 on girth but then it begins to get pretty difficult.

I have never been able to break 6.5 except at the base from hanging, I gained an inch in girth than ran into a brick wall. I’m not complaining some people can’t gain any girth so I have been blessed.

Yeah I’ve been working on my girth for over 2 years and I’m stuck just above that .5 inch gain mark.

Has anyone been able to figure it out, how about for any girth barriers did taking a break work? Increase pressure? I mean length has come so easy at almost 1.5 inches in 13 months, but I am ready to put on more girth, I might be ready for a 2 week break, anyone try that?

I’ve taken good breaks and that hasn’t helped. I think it’s just time to push harder. I’m experimenting with vitamin C right now. There’s a big debate about it on the forum.

Yeah it’s just that I no longer get the serious pump I once got from clamping. I am wondering if a break would help that, or if I should add more clamps? Are there any techniques to use while clamping to get even more expansion?


Well I use 2 clamps and kegel in extra blood when I feel it’s not expanding as much. Sometimes I lightly pull up on the clamps to add extra pressure. Sort of like a light uli’s with a clamp. Maybe try some light bending while clamped. There’s not much you can do with the clamps on.

My advice- take a long break with infrequent PE sessions. Right now I am extremely unconditioned as I have only been doing a couple of PE sessions each month at most for about 4 months. My girth is 5.5”-5.6” midshaft(0.6-0.7” gain) and I am pretty confident that when I have a month of solid workouts under my belt(I started yesterday, going to do 2 on 1 off), I will be up to 5.7” midshaft. I feel like I have a newbie cock; it’s great.

Another thing you could try- if you are one of those guys with a small CS Chamber, then start supplementing with Arginine Ethyl Ester or Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate and doing exercises to target that Chamber.

I can already see a slight increase in CS size after beginning supplementation with Arginine Ethyl Ester(and my EQ is a 10). We will see where it takes me, when combined with heat(getting an IR lamp soon) and exercises to target and expand it.

Yeah, I have been taking arginine supplements, and I think that has helped me. It’s just that I have been at this brick wall for a while. I have never been able to get expansion 1/8th-1/4th max, but always saw gains in small increments. However, it seems as though I cannot get above 5.5 while clamped. In fact I actually lose size sometimes when I am clamped now, so maybe a break would be best.

Also, heat is a big factor, along will cool downs while still in the clamp.
