Girth and length

Is it safe to work girth while I’m doing length, or is this a big no-no?

A lot of people frown it. I recommend getting your length gains then go for girth. I tried to do both and I lost some length gains.


First Measurement November 1 2009: EBPL 7.5

Current Measurement June 1st 2010: EBPL 8.0

Short Term Goal: 8.5 inches || EBPL Long Term Goal:9 inches EBPL

Oh ok I see. I thought it could pose some problems.

Is there a lot of evidence to suggest that you cannot do both at the same time successfully?

So doing both has never hindered your gains then Titleist?

Do you think it has slowed down your length gains or vice versa?

When you work both at the same time , your penis get more girth - become stronger , then much harder to stretch it forward , better firrst length , then cenment it and start working on girth ! )) Good luck

I have heard a lot of things and I realise that things come along and as long as I am gaining I am happy regardless whether it is length or girth.

Although I have focussed primarily length, girth has come along well. I too advocate a balanced approach work them both. In my area and perhaps
owing to pumping my length gains came first and then my girth gains made some notable progress when I too the next size cylinder up.

I am with Titleist. I have never heard any argument for the “girth hinders length gains” that made the least bit of sense, but I have heard the same nonsensical arguments repeated over and over.

I think if you really have a priority to gain either length or girth it makes sense to focus on it. If you want to gain both, take what you can get when you can get it.

I tried hanging+clamping and my eq was so bad that I thought I have an ED !

Bib said hanging + girth exercisess can cause peyronie’s disease.

I wonder whether someone more experienced than me can explain what are girth exercises and what are length exercises? I do dry jelqing and I also hang and use an extender, are these all length related as I thought that jelqing for example contributed to both? I am just a little confused now.

Robbie1953 jelqing can be both lenght and girth exercise for the beginers.It depends on how you do it when yo do it with high erection level it’s more for girth when you do it on lower erection it’s for lenght.

Hanging or stretching is strictly for lenght. The angles: BTC,OTS,SO,RSDT FUCLRUM And so on = LENGHT

Hardcore girth exercise like Cable clamping (not for newbies) Is strictly for girth and as I heard it can be bad for your EQ,penis health if you do hanging + clamping.But it is more individually if it doesn’t affect your eq and you experiance gains then you should do it.

In your case light jelqing + hanging is good combination :)

Hi 7incher and many thanks for explaining that to me, very grateful. I was worried, after reading this thread, that I might not have been doing the right exercises for length. Mind you my gains thus far have all been length and nothing for girth though my flaccid dick does look much thicker to the eye these days and my partner has even commented on how much bigger it looks. I am really keen on flaccid gains personally since I am at 7 inches erect these days and that’s not too bad a size.
