Hey, I’ve been clamping for about a week which I know, is way to early to see any gains. So far with hook ups and masturbaiting I’ve lost eq & size lol. I’ve never really seen any gains from clamping but I thought I’d give it another shot just to see if things changed. Seems to be a nope so far.
I did momentos routine for about a month until I fell off completely, that routine seemed to be working good, didn’t measure so I’m not sure about if I gained.
Looking for a girth routine to follow. Please list any and as many as you can think of that have worked for someone, thanks.
