So after a long session of not having sex ( probably about 3 weeks), I finally get lucky! So some PE results are starting to show. First off, Rock hard erection, magnified even more so by occasional kegels. This effect alone should be enough for people to start PEing. Second, unlimited stamina, this one surprised the hell out of me, I think its a combination of the kegels, plus edging, plus through PE getting to know what rhythm can and can’t get me off fast. Third, she asks me “have you been using a pump???” LOL, I tell her no, which of course is the truth! She doesn’t know I’ve been PEing, I don’t really want to tell her yet, maybe later when I hit my first goal of 7” BPEL and I can’t avoid the questions.

I have a quick question if any more experienced members read this: I seem to be a fast girth gainer. At least it feels that way. Should I cut down on the jelqing and focus more on the stretching? Or maybe just do 40% erect jelqs?

This is a very hard call. If you’ve been doing PE for more than a couple of months, you might want to switch to hanging and build up your length before you add a lot of girth. If not, just stick to the newbie routine and take whatever gains you get. Your girlfriend is probably enjoying your new girth more than she might enjoy more length. Why deprive her?

Thanks for the response. I’ll keep my normal Jelqing routine then, but I’ll try to increase the time for stretches. I’ve just reached the 3-month mark, but I’ll stick to the newbie routine for as long as I can. After reading lots and lots of threads by more experienced members, I see a lot of advice given about KISS(Keep It Simple Stupid).

I’m hoping I can stay on the newbie routine for as long as possible and just add to it by increasing volume. However, if I don’t see much results in the length area whats a good time (meaning, wait a couple of months, or if my girth continues to grow larger but not my length?) to start venturing into other types of stretches like hanging?

Just alter it a bit, more stretching, more jelqing.

Don’t get into hangung and clamps and uli’s until gains stall out.
