Hey guys.
Sorry for my english, I’m swedish, please correct me if I screw up.

The last couple of weeks the vein on top of my penis has gotten huge.
I mean, it’s really big.
It don’t hurt, at all, but it looks kinda weird.
My girlfriend noticed it yesterday (she doesn’t know about PE) but she liked it.

I guess I’m just scared of hurting my self. You know, if it bursts etc.
Is that a common thing?

This is my routine:

It’s 2 on 1 off

*Heat
*Stretching 10 min
*Heat
*Jelqing 5 min Wet
*Heat
*Pump (LOW pressure) 10 min
*Heat
*Jelq 5 min Wet
*Heat
*Pump (LOW pressure) 10 min
*Heat
*Jelq 5 min Wet
*Heat
*Pump (LOW pressure) 10 min
* Cool down

I’m pretty sure it’s the pumping that has caused it, but should I worry?

If you have been doing the same routine for a long time, but the vein has just suddenly got bigger, that would be unusual. If the vein has got bigger after a change of routine, especially if you have just added pumping, I wouldn’t worry.

The vein on the top of the penis is usually much bigger than other veins in many guys.

As long as there is no pain, your PI’s are good, and you are getting enough rest time, it should be fine. Keep an eye on it though.

By the way, your English is very good.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

I’m really working hard on improving my English.

Ok, the vein.

No, it feels normal. No pain, no hardness, no nothing.
Just big.

I added pumping Jan 1 2009.
I used the pumping 101 routine first, then designed my own routine
With jelqs and stretching.
I guess the vein started growing when I added pumping.
I just don’t want it to grow anymore, because if my penis don’t
Catch up, it will look like I have two dicks soon.

The routine feels great.
Adding heat before every set has proven to be a fantastic help.
My penis feels great all the time.

What I want right now is mostly length, so I’m thinking
Of cutting back on the jelqs and adding some more stretches.

If it’s length you want you might want to do the pumping only once a week and take up hanging and an ADS.

On topic:

If the vein doesn’t hurt and theres no ‘stiffness’ or rigidity in it, then it’s probably just an adjustment your body is making. Watch though.

If gets to be too much consult a urologist.

Rentor, what do you use for heat? I want to use heat before and after every set as well, but so far the only thing I’ve found that can work like that is leaving the tap to run with hot water, and keep refilling a glass into which I dunk my penis, but I don’t want to have to sit in the bathroom, and keep the water running.

Yea, maybe I should pump less and add more stretches, ads, hanging etc.

For heat I use a rice sock. Works great for me.
I just have to re-warm it a few times, it only takes a minute though.

Oh, and for cooldown.
Well, it’s not really a cool down.
I just re-warm the rice sock and keep using it until it’s cold. I also do some massage at the same time.
