Ghost PE
Hey guys. I was wondering if any of you have done ghost PE, and what kind of results you’ve seen from doing so. I was doing my own version of a newbie routine for about a month and was getting almost entirely positive PI’s (fuller flaccid hang, harder erections, tons of morning wood, etc.), but then had to stop due to several factors. Normally I would do my routine right before going to bed, but, due to the nature of my college, my other night-time activities have taken over to the point where I simply don’t have the time or end up being too tired by the time I’m actually free (e.g., last night I was in a film-scoring session til almost 4 a.m.). So, instead of doing a routine consistently at the same time every day, I’ve decided to switch to doing ghost PE. This basically means I do a set of 5-10 JAI stretches, usually straight out, sandwiched between 2 sets of 10-15 dry jelqs each time I go to the bathroom.
My question is this: to those of you who have done ghost PE, what exercises did you do (including reps/duration) and what kind of gains were you making?
