Hello everyone this has been on my mind lately and I would like to ask the community if they have the same issue as me. So like the title says do you get the first nut out the way before having sex? I can’t seem to last at all during sex (2 pump chump) and maybe 5 min of foreplay until I ejaculate. However once I get the “first one out the way” I seem to last forever. Thankfully there is no pause in my erection after nutting the first time and I can get right into it for the second if It even ever comes. Just wondering if some others on here experience the same thing.

I highly doubt you’re alone considering I’ve seen that concept pop up everywhere from self-help groups to mainstream film. If that’s what you need to do to last awhile, more power to you, my dude. I would also very much recommend trying edging if you haven’t already, as it’ll train you to monitor your arousal levels and know when you need to back off so you don’t hit that PONR. Plus you’ll cum both more and harder afterward, which I’m sure your partner(s) would definitely appreciate.

I guess it could be anxiety but I really don’t feel anxious at all when having sex. I relax myself as much as possible and let my girl have her way with me most of the times. When we do any position where I’m dominate I don’t feel like I’m anxious or overly excited either, I don’t know.

I hear about it but Edging doesn’t seem to work for me I tried it and did it almost everyday for a month jerking off edging myself for 20-30 min all I get is a tired arm. Every time I still nut quick. The nuts after edging myself do feel great tho I’ll tel you that much

When I knew I was going to have sex, I’d always masturbate before. I didn’t want to risk it. But then ED happened and I started worrying if I cum before the encounter, I won’t be able to get it up that night. Bottom line is, you’re not alone.

That just means you’re not going slowly enough or aren’t properly aware of your arousal level, my dude. ;) Try stopping all stimulation right as you’re about to feel that buildup where you know it’s. Breathe slowly and deeply (helps lower your heart-rate) and bring your awareness to the sensations in your body.
