Hi all. I’m 20 years old and have noticed that my erections just are not what they used to be. I don’t know the reasoning behind it, but I want to change it. I haven’t done PE in about a year so what would you guys recommend to get back to peak performance: kegels, jelqing, pumping?


Starting stats: 7.6 bpl x 5.875 - 6 g

Hoping for: 9 bpl x 6.25 g

Go back to the newbie routine, do some kegels, drink a lot, sleep normal. If your are a smoker, stop smoking. I don’t know your life style but do cardio workouts, that helps with the blood and health.

Those three things all sound good to me, but not all at once right now. After a year off, I’d suggest working slowly into the newbie routine and concentrate on jelqing (unless you want to stretch for more length). For me, over-doing manual stretches kills my EQ, so if you’re only looking for better erections, I wouldn’t spend too much time stretching. I usually do some real light stretching in the morning before my jelq routine just to warm up some more.

I got in the habit early on to kegel before every jelq stroke. This guarantees you get at least some good kegels in every time you jelq. If you’re real motivated you can add them throughout the day

After 6-8 weeks you could probably add-in a little light pumping which should help even more. After a couple of months of jelqing and kegels, you might not even need to pump.

As far as supplements go, if you have a little extra cash you don’t mind spending, it would probably be worth it. From experimenting since I started PE,I have found Ginko and Arginine to both work well for me. You might want to cycle on-off on these two so you don’t build a tolerance. I want to try tribulus, or a good blend with all the above in it, but haven’t yet.

I figured I’d give you my advice on this one, because doing the three exercises you mentioned in your post has caused an amazing transformation in my EQ, and I’m 40-Plus. By the way, my EQ used to go up and down sometimes when I was young, so it’s probably no big deal. At least you have the know-how to maximize it at any age.

This site came along to me at the perfect time in my life, because for some of us, around 40 years old the hard-INS start going south-of-the-border (not good). Sometimes I have to be reminded that it happens at any age. Good luck with whatever you try.

drinking huh? Interesting. Can you elaborate on that? Never heard of drinking water for better EQ, although I guess it makes sense since drinking a lot water is good for you.
