Getting Started and a Few Questions


I realized I put week 3 twice, so last week was actually 5, and am posting week 6 now:

Week 6: 35 hours at 800-1000g.

I haven’t measured recently. I want to hold off a while to avoid any unnecessary discouragement.

I haven’t checked in for a while. Here’s an update on my hours for anyone interested. I could use a little motivation. I had been hoping to have seen some gains by now, but maybe that was wishful thinking. I have seen a significant increase in flaccid length, and I can wear the device for longer periods without feeling pain, so it seems like my penis is getting longer in some sense, or it least it is stretching further. But, my erect length has not changed at all. Is that normal? Should I have seen a change in erect length by this point?

Week 1: 32 hours
Week 2: 47 hours
Week 3: 41 hours
Week 4: 29 hours
Week 5: 36 hours
Week 6: 36 hours
Week 7: 45 hours
Week 8: 45 hours
Week 9: 48 hours
Total: 359 hours

Take a break for two weeks. When you get accustomed to the stimuli your body will stop reacting to it. So you may be over conditioned.

This was the concern I expressed before, of too much tension too early giving you diminished or dead returns later. At this point just take 2 to 4 weeks off, resume at a lower tension and lower hours. I bet your PIs and other signs of growth will be better.
