I’m new to this forum and PE. But I hear great things! Just saying hi to you guys and had a bit of a question. I had been doing some basic PE for a few months and noticed wicked gains! Rock hard, thicker and longer. Even had a new g/f to try it out on, it was great. A few months after moving in with her I stopped PE I was noticing that I was bigger but not as hard as it used to be. Could this be because of too much jelqing? Or not enough PC squeezing? Like my PC was not strong enough to fill the new mass with enough blood? Anyways I stopped PE for a few months. Now I’m starting again. Any advice/thoughts will be greatly appreciated!

I still haven’t unlocked the code of how to always keep a perfect 10 on the hardness scale. There is a point between too much PE and not enough PE that you need to strive to find, your penis is changing constantly so that sweet spot is changing too. Hormones, mood, a few other things can come into play too.

You say it was after you moved in with her, did you start getting off with her a lot and it just made your average erection a bit weaker? Anyway did your erections get hard again for awhile after you noticed lower EQ and quit PE?

Yeah I quit the PE and they got back to perfect 10. I might have been using too much grip strength as well. And not taking days off.

Sounds like you was over training a bit then. When I over train I get softer and when I take a break a few days later I guess when it recovers I get 10’s again like I had still been doing PE. After awhile of it returning to the 10 it slowly gets weaker until I take up PE again. You will always have to PE to keep the hardest erections in your life.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Really, crap I stopped PE for too long!! If you find it’s getting bigger but softer just quit PE for 3 - 4 days or just use a light grip all the time?

Just try not to overtrain. 3 or 4 days rest are OK if you need them, once in a while, but better to avoid overtraining in the first place.

My erection quality has went through the roof since I started using ADS. I can’t explain it, it’s crazy. When I go to some porn site I get a hard on when I see the video thumbnails, even before I decide which one to click on.
