Getting serious about PE
Hello fellow members, I have been doing PE on and off for a few years due to ED but never really sticking to it. I have smoked since age 18 and I recently have tried quitting (haven’t smoked in 4 days). My erections are coming back pretty good since starting back peing for just one week. I have decided to put alot of effort into it and see what happens. I am 5’11 205 lbs, work out with weights at least 2 times week and do treadmill 2-3 times a week. I have recently started taking arginine, nattozimes, zinc, Vita e, fish oil, lecithin granules, and recently added saw palmetto. My measurements are 6” NBPEL and about 5” EG with a max goal of 7.5 to 8 x 6 if possible. My current routine is as follows:
Heat wrap or heat pad for 5-10 min.
3 sets stretches left, right, up, down 30 sec holds
5 min dry jelqs
5-10 min wet jelqs
4 sets horse 440’s with Ulis (just using my hands) and a few light jelqs in between horse sets
Edge for about 5 mins then 5 min heat wrap followed by 5 min heat pad
I ordered a pump to add to my routine so I’ll pump sometimes instead of doing horses and Ulis. I also ordered an Ir heat lamp. I’m also thinking about a velcro strap to use with edging to hold more blood.
Any comments or suggestions are very welcome.
