Just started PE last week - I’ve read a few posts where guys mention that they are bigger (flaccid) immediately after PE and it can last for hours. This has not been my experience.

Do most newbies experience the pumped feeling that lasts for hours, or is that more so for experienced PEers?

My routine is the standard newbie with warm-up , stretching, Jelqing, and then kegel - whole thing takes about 40 minutes. 2 days on 1 off.



Started 05/29/2007 NBPEL: 5.5, EG: 4.75
12 month goal: NBPEL: 6.50 x 5.25
Long-term goal: NBPEL: 7.25 X 5.5

Give it time.

Many, many other factors can contribute to flaccid size; it’s a very variable thing. Temperature, mood (stress), general health. Sometimes I’m bigger flaccid after PE, sometimes not. I wouldn’t worry about it just yet.

I wouldn’t worry too much about it. In my case, I have made some gains and yet I don’t think my penis is any bigger than normal when I get hard after a PE workout. I think it grows mostly at night, all I know is that I wait 2 weeks, and doesn’t look like it’s grown at all…and boom, ruler gives just a little bit more! I think I’m addicted ;)

My flaccid is usually bigger after a session. I think this is because of the amount of jelqing that I do. Also the volume of stretches I do most likely has a positive effect on my flaccid after PE. It stays like that for the rest of the night and most of the next day.


Obsession is a word used by the lazy to describe the dedicated.

Try some orange-bends. That really gets me all pumped up. It doesn’t just look all pumped up you can feel how much heavier you are. I do mine in the shower in the morning. At about a 10-20% erection level, I do an OK grip at the base and then squeeze the head and hold or bend for a few minutes. That keeps me pumped for a while.

Another thing that contributes to flaccid hang is making sure you drink enough water.

Thanks , I think I must be a night grower - my morning wood is feeling fuller and harder so hopefully that means gains are on the way. Only been at it a week and a half - but I Kinda feel like a kid that can’t wait for x-mas morning : )

That sounds like a positive PI to me. I hope that you have read Sparkyx’s thread Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!. It will provide you with the basis for valuable feedback on how your routine is working for you.
