Hi all

I have been observing my P.I state and its mostly neutral. I am doing the Noob’s routine with some btc stretches. I have also been priming my dick for the “gain 2 inches with this routine” to get it ready. That means a few extra stretches and a warm rice sock after my normal PE sessions. Suggestions/ ideas?

If they are mostly neutral, by definition whe can’t have any clue basing on them,

Well, from my reading Neutral means no/ very less growth rite? Pls advice on how to go about this.

What’s your schedule? 2 on /1 off?

My schedule varies but its MOSTLY 2/1.

Try going on a 3 on/ 1 off. If nothing changes, try adding a bit more time work for any given session. Your PI’s should give some hint at that point.

My observations have been that my penis tends to go back to its normal size quickly after a workout. Not much of a bulge. What could that mean? Not enough jelqs?

Maybe you have a more elastic penis than average, or maybe you are drinking too much caffeine, or again not drinking enough water…you see? It’s hard to guess. But don’t overthink on every detail, asking “What does that means?”. Just be consistent and have faith. Anxiety doesn’t help gains.

goldwave84, how long have you been doing your routine?


For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

Measured in time, 5 months, but minus the slacking off and breaks, about 4 months. Why?

There’s so many variables. I drink a lot of coffee so my flaccid hang fluctuates, as does my morning wood. Stress can affect your PIs, sleep, diet, etc. I don’t think “neutral size” after a workout is odd though. A lot of guys have a plump affect after PE, but the amount of time it lasts varies a good bit.

Have you made gains in those 4 months?
