Good evening everybody, during my noob stretching exercies, my penis gets an influx of blood and starts to become hard. Anybody know what I can do to prevent this? How about tying a rubber band at the base of the shaft to prevent influx of blood? Also, I’m also finding it hard to jelq because the same scenario is happening. Penis gets rigid hard and I know you’re only supposed to do these 2 exercises when you’re not fully erect. Any inputs or suggestions?

Hi there. I’m going to go under the assumption that you haven’t been super consistent with your routine as its been five (5) months. Your penis hasn’t learned the difference between work and play yet. What you need to do is once you get an erection, let go and let it subside and then continue, this teaches your penis that it is work time.

I don’t recommend a rubber band, you don’t want it to fall off, and cutting off circulation is a bad thing. Some of the guys say its ok, but I have my concerns about the whole rubber band issue. Just give it time, be consistent with your routine and your dick will learn.

And as a suggestion, some of the mods here get real anal about chat speak and I wouldn’t want you to get yelled at ( ;) ), so its two and not 2. A quick refresh of the guidelines might be a good idea.

All you can do is just wait until your erection goes down. Eventually, your penis will know when it is being exercised or being played with.

If all fails, just find the ugliest thing on the internet or a major erection killer and have that on your screen while you exercise :)


Past: 5-5.5" BPEL x 4.5" GIRTH

Breath deep with your stomach.
I wrap my dick with a toilet paper to get a good grip, it helps to prevent erection to I think, no direct touching of the glans.
If I get to hard I just wait, or do 10 deep squats or just tens my calfs or curl up my toes.

I used to get hard every time, it takes time to get used to it, took me 3 months before I could get good stretch sessions.
