Getting Discouraged, Need Encouragement.

Been extending for 1 month minimum of 4 hrs a day 6 days a week. Past 2 weeks around 1400g. I haven’t seen much if any gains. Any tips on wearing it more comfortable would be great too. Best I’ve found is gauze then foam then comfort strap then a strap of Velcro around the whole extender to keep the comfort strap from slipping loose. It’s ok but far from comfortable. Have tried infant sock after gauze as well but that makes slipping out a problem. Need a little encouragement anyone have any?

Try plastic wrap as the base layer.

When wrapping I stretch the skin towards the abse to avoid any folding of skin. Then again it cant be too stretched. Its really an art to find the ebst way for yourself.
You will get there.

Also one month is not enough. You need at least 500 better 1000 hours of constant use(no week long breaks if extending is your only way of PE).
6 hours is already very good daily.
Vary the tension.

The extender is rather one dimensional.
Even 5 minutes of some manual stretches before slipping into the extender will give you much more possibilities of gains.
Stretching when going for a piss etc. helps too.

If you find the time, privacy and motivation for doing the newbie routine then it would be optimal.
But it is possible to gain with the extender alone too.

Thanks. What plastic wrap do you use? I do try to fit the newbie routine in when I can.

The thin soft one you use for food. It fits and sticks perfectly to skin. Over it I use a stretchy soft cloth which I secure with a thin hair tie right below were I will cross the strap over.
Sometimes my wrap still sucks and it feels bad.
Often its enough to go to low tension after 20 minutes for a moment and get the strap a bit loose to get some circulation back. Then tighten the strap and get the tension up again.

You also can use the head piece and your penis head the other way around every other hour. So with the frenulum facing away from the plastic head piece… and the plastic piece facing up.

Good info tried the head piece turned around that definitely helped alternating. Haven’t tried the Saran Wrap on skin yet might tonight. I usually don’t back off on the tension either. Hopefully all this will help.

Can’t believe that little piece of plastic makes so much difference. Thanks for the tips got my 4 hrs in today almost no pain. Would’ve went longer but didn’t have the time. Can’t believe I haven’t read about someone using that before.

I was about ready to quit when one day about a year ago I took a measurement and recorded 8.0 BPEL.

Check my posts for how I got to 8.5 relatively quick.

My new tube is restricting any further girth gains.

I’m hitting over 9.0 on extreme pumps, not verified w/o pumping yet.

I’ve pumped a little bit but never got in a routine with it. Probably why gains were only temporary with it. But it was a good feeling afterwards. Walking around dangling feeling like it weighed a ton. Have you checked out the wide girth base that x4labs has? That might help you with your problem of fitting into it.

I can wiggle and squeeze into my shaved down extender base.
There’s no need to buy a new base since I can make my current one work.

I’m concentrating more on pumping, since I have realized my most significant gains with this method.

If I continued using my 2.5x12 tube, my girth would continue to expand.

At my current 6.0 glans, 7.0 mid, and 8.0 base I don’t want any more girth.

That is why I’m using a 2.25 diameter which tapers gradually as it goes up.

It is definitely increasing my stretch as I now easily get to 9-1/8 in a tube which measures 9.25 to the air outlet.

After an extended session this AM, I can still feel the elongation effects at the base of my penis, hopefully my inner penis will come out of hiding.

if PE is as easy as to pump your unit using a cylinder that has the shape the you want your penis to become I am really amazed, I thought length was limited by the lig and pumping wasn’t the right way to extend it. At least at first sight not as effective as hanging.

You have gained generally more lenght than the hangers in the same amount of time I am curious of seeing you reaching the 10.5 lenght. good luck man. hope we will see it and you can provide us your future advises.

Combining pumping plus hanging or extender, are you gonna do that? Let us know what your routine will be to attempt the new length

I will pump whenever I can, which may now wind up being only three times a week, since I haven’t asked my wife’s permission or approval.

I can use my extender more frequently, but as I said pumping has been my forte.

Try taking a few days off (like a week) and see if your gains come. I used to think that whole (you grow during your rest days) story was bull, until 3 weeks ago. I make sure I get at least 2 rest days per week now, and I don’t panic when I miss a day.

I’d like to take 2 days off a week but I’m trying to do everything to satisfy them for the Clinical trial which means 1 day off a week and 4-8 hrs a day for 6 months.
