When will I be conditioned enough to use a ADS? I been PE for 3 months now and I PE 5x a week once daily. Soon I will be increasing to 2x a day 5x a week. My unit is reacting very good to the higher volumn with perfect form with slightly lower intensity.
What do I need to look for in a ADS? What about hanging aswell? I’m wanting to reach 7.5 BPEL or 7 NBPEL before I work on girth maybe longer I have over 5in EG so I’m pretty happy with it.
