When will I be conditioned enough to use a ADS? I been PE for 3 months now and I PE 5x a week once daily. Soon I will be increasing to 2x a day 5x a week. My unit is reacting very good to the higher volumn with perfect form with slightly lower intensity.

What do I need to look for in a ADS? What about hanging aswell? I’m wanting to reach 7.5 BPEL or 7 NBPEL before I work on girth maybe longer I have over 5in EG so I’m pretty happy with it.

What kind of equipment/investment should I be getting into for my search of a bigger more healthy penis?

If you have gained fast over the last period continue with your routine till the growth halts and then start stretching/ hanging and ADS.

If not just trie out carefully and watch for positive growth indicators. That is the way to judge if you’re ready.

Well I have gained then I had neg PI’s so I took a break then holidays and more breaks so idk if I’m back up over 7 bpel but I plan to mesure again today after school in my PE session. My orginal stat was 6.75 BPEL.
