Getting Circumcision Scar To Stretch

My circumcision scar is very stubborn and doesn’t expand easily, which makes sense since it’s scar tissue. Does anyone have any tip/tricks on how to get it to stretch out?

Has it been long time since the surgery ? I would suggest that you first use heat, then a moisterizer and massage the area. I did that on my scar when I had the surgery over 25 years ago.
