Hi all
Took some time off to let the curve I created go back to normal. Now before going back on the noob routine for 4 weeks, what else can I do to get good gains? Any latest discoveries you could share with me? Techniques, tips or guides? Big Thanks!

I'm a big fan of 50 Cent, or as we call him in Zimbabwe, four hundred million dollars.

Nothing new… Jelqing and stretching for newbies, jelqing, hanging, clamping and pumping for more experienced guys. :)

Ah Tossed Salad! You got me there! Well, I frequently use the search bar, and just thought some sharing between users would be good. Oh well, can’t expect much sometimes.

I don’t think we’ll see any more improvements in a manual or mechanical way for perhaps another few years (if any).

At the moment it seems current exercises are being updated based on people’s experience.

Sarcasm can be extremely funny, and useful to communicate one`s frustrations, and it takes some intelligence and creativity to be successfully sarcastic and not just pissy.

That`s why I disagree that it`s the lowest from of humour, but to each their own.

Regarding new exercises and techniques, I wish I had a machine shop and some money as I have some design ideas for stretchers and weights that would really work.

If someone is in fabricating business I would love to send drawings.

warm sock warmup, 10 minutes. Stretching for 5 minutes. 100-200 manual jelqs then a warm sock again for 10 minutes.
