Getting a Turkey Neck, but can't seem to fix it

As the title implies, PE has begun to give me a turkey neck. Basically my scrotal skin is being pulled onto my shaft. This is partially because I am cut, but partially because my penis grew but my skin didn’t. I learned about Foreskin Restoration earlier this year, and have used that to try to fix my turkey necking and regain sensitivity. However this process of manually stretching my skin has done nothing to alleviate the issue and has merely given me stretch marks on the top of my shaft…

Is there supposed to be slight burning/stinging sensation in the penis when performing these skin stretches? What have you guys done to fix your acquired turkey necks?

I’m not sure if this works because I am just starting it, but I have been wearing a cock ring when I stretch and push it all the way back so that it prevents my scrotal skin from stretching with my penis during manual stretches.

I am uncut thought, not that it should make a difference.

Another thing I do to prevent turkey necking is that I grab just behind the glans and pull my excess skin back(might not work if you’re cu) and i pull. Try the cock ring?

Wearing a penis extender has reduced my turkey neck. It hurt like hell. There was a burning (shit my balls are on fire) sensation that would start within 15 minutes of wearing it. The burning is indicative to stretching old and growing new skin cells. The burning is caused when the extender is worn downward and the skin on the under side of the penis tight, or in other words, you make sure your scrotum skin stays behind the extender base. The extender base when worn down will prevent the scrotum skin from moving up the shaft.

Essentially, you want to pinch that skin back while doing your routine.

Goal is 21 cm BPEL, 20 cm EL, 15 cm head girth.

Unfortunately I have neither a cock ring nor an extender, and I don’t plan to get any devices besides a clamp much later on. Trying to mostly manual. Maybe I can devise my own cock ring and use that, the idea behind it makes sense to me. I might also try the second technique you mentioned toolegit, I am fortunate enough to not have a very tight circumcision so I can pull this skin and hopefully stretch my inner foreskin that remains. What doesn’t make sense to me is that there is a slight bunching at the coronal ridge from some excess skin, but this skin does not get used to alleviate the turkey neck…

Crazy, I’m not sure if the burning sensation is good though, considering where I felt the most burning sensation while stretching the skin with my hands is where the most noticeable stretch marks have appeared. Have you noticed any marks from doing your extender routine? I’m going to try to keep the skin back while doing my jelqs, and try to use the stretches in my routine to stretch the skin.

You gotta stretch the skin on the bottom of the shaft. Do a flaccid stretch in an upward angle, like you normally would for your stretching routine. Then with the other hand, grab the scrotal skin and pull downward. It should cause a good stretch with the ‘skin burning’ sensation on the bottom shaft skin. That’s the feeling you want.
