Get me some girth

Hi, I’m 5 inches thick (circumference) and I want to get to 6. I can’t find anywhere on the site which gives me clear instructions on how to achieve this. Any help is appreciated. If it requires materials please be specific. Thanks. Any time frame is fine, I just want to hear from you experienced PEers. BTW I’m a long-time lurker and am just getting serious now.

If you are expecting 2 sentances of information that unlucks the secret of 1 inch girth which you can easily achieve you aren’t going to find it here. Your best best is to read as much as you can. Short of time? Read while you do PE. If you need to do 20 mins of PE every day or two in order to reach this 1 inch goal, then after two weeks that would be 2-3 hours of reading you have done expanding your knowledge which in my opinion is vital for gains and avoiding injuries. No one is going to hand this stuff to you on a platter. But it’s out there. There is progress threads to read in the progress forum section, there is forum search function, and there is a part at the bottom of every topic where it has related topics from years earlier. By doing this you gain from other people’s experiences and can try to optimise your PE or learn to avoid injuries.

In the meantime, here is a brief summary of what I have learned from my reading about PE here since September.

- Newbie routine is recommended for everyone when starting out, especially for those chasing girth because the girth exercises put stress on the penis. The goal of the exercises is to cause small injuries that heal in a larger state. If you go to far you can injure yourself. Hence you do 3 months of “conditioning” to ease your penis into it. After the three months, you can start to ramp up with more intense exercises. There is a video page on the site that demonstrates the exercises.
- Warmup up with heat (warm washcloth, rice sock, infa red heating pad) is important.
- Jelq is the exercise of choice for girth, especially in the beginning.
- Girth gaining is hard. Some people find it hard to gain anything. To gain an inch in girth is like trying to 2-3 inches in length. Some people have had huge girth gains. What was their secret? Find the big gainers, read their posts and find out.
- There is no easy thing someone can say to you that helps you gain. It could work for 9/10 people and it might not work for you. Your genetics might be wrong, your technique might be wrong. So you need to find the key that unlocks it for you. Don’t take what other people say as gospel. Take it with a grain of salt, experiment and figure out your own magical PE exercise combos that cause large gains. What people tell you is wise and a good start, but it’s just guidelines or parameters to work with. The more knowledge you have to work with, the more chances you have to gain and overcome potential problems.
- red spots on the head/glans are common and nothing to worry about. Too many could mean you are jelqing too much or with too hard of a hand grip. You need to learn your penis and learn what it can handle and what it can’t.
- Devices like penis pump, all day stretchers (ADS), hanging weights etc can be useful but you need at least a few months of the newbie routine before even thinking about using them. And even then they are hit and miss. Some people gain and some do not. Some like them, some do not. For the record, I did alot of reading on the big gainers early on, some used devices some didn’t. Some of the biggest gainers used nothing but their hands and for gaining girth, exercises like jelqs are going to be essential to getting these gains. After that, maybe a penis pump can help with girth but alot of people say that penis pump gains are only temporary.
