Guys can you gat gains from dry jelqing and stretching, I am not into other weird stuff and even though I don’t have time.

Sure, jelqing and stretching are the foundation of manual PE. On a related note, I often with I was uncut so I could dry jelq — that seems so much more convenient than wet jelqing. You could just jelq in bed for 30 minutes every night before you roll over and go to sleep…

I don’t know I watched several videos how to, but I am still not sure if what I am doing as dry jelly is correct.

Basically what I do is shower, make about 30 times 4 different directions, x 4. Than I dry jelq about 130 times.

Dry jelqs, not jelly. :)

Cut on the number of dry jelqs for the first weeks, focus just on technique. 25 dry jelqs is a good number to start with IMHO.

Dry jelqs are super intense, way more than the wet ones. I started with around 70 dry jelqs if I remember correctly and I didn’t gain anything because they overtrained me, so keep the number quite low in the first time, like Marinera said.

Cut guys can’t dry jelq? I’m cut and I dry jelq everyday. At least I think I do. Not sure how much it really helps though. I’m starting to think stretching does more for me than jelqing.

I’m cut and I dry-jelq as well. It definitely gives me a fuller flaccid. Not sure about actual gains though as I haven’t measured since I started doing them consistently. My erections do look thicker since I started doing them though, so it’s entirely possible they gave me some girth gains.

Some of my best girth gains came from dry jelqing. It took a while for my skin to get used to the friction.

Use an OK grip with and force blood towards the glans of a penis that is about 60-75% erect. The amount of pressure only you can determine. What is safe for one, may be unsafe for an other. The same holds true for the number of reps. I’d start with 15-20 reps and pay attention to the force used and the effects you’re feeling.

There shouldn’t be friction on the skin when dry jelqing; skin should move with the hand. Probably videos are not that clear.
