Hello to all!
I first heard of PE some time ago and was happy to find out that I can improve my penis size and wanted to start my own routine but I was too lazy and unmotivated. I thought that I should leave that for later time but now I have will to try PE so I started this thread to keep me motivated and on track . I’m not small though - length 6.75 inches and girth of about 4.5-5 inches , I didn’t measure it yet but I’ll update on that soon. This is my third day of PE and first measurements will come in 2-3 weeks.
My routine is as follows - for now
-5 mins warmup stretches
-12 mins dry jelqs but damn erections almost halve it
-5 mins warm down stretches
But I plan to double it in near future …
My goals are 8.5 x 6.5
And if someone kind enough could explain those abbreviations like NBP , BPEL … I’d be thankful
