General PE concerns.
New to PE. Want to hopefully size up a bit and last longer. But I have some questions.
Would using oils for lube be ok for frequent jelqs? Such as sweet almond oil? I find it works as a good lube but on my penis almost every day? Is this ok? And does a warm shower substitute for the warm up with the warm cloth?
Also I’m confused what to be done with kegels. I can tense this muscle ok and I’m keen to do the exercises to strengthen the PC but I have heard contrasting views. Whats the best workout to make me last longer (2 minute man atm). I tried a given technique of doing a tight kegel just after the PONR but all it did was stop me from ejaculating and then my head became really sensitive like it normally does after masturbation, and my penis seemed to deflate just as quick unless I tried to keep it up in which case I only achieved around 60% erection afterwards. So technique wasn’t too good. Whats the best one to have me lasting longer?
Any other hints you can give? How much can I expect to gain in girth? I have always been pretty small girth of 4”. Do I have hope of 5”+ without equipment? Would it have helped if I had done PE while I was still growing?
