Ok, I definitely have to say that hanging is the ultimate PE technique for length (someone started a thread about this a while ago).
I know, this may not be the case for everyone, but for the past two weeks I’ve been hanging 5 to 7.5 pounds for between 40 minutes and an hour and 20 minutes a day, 5 days on 2 off, and have gained 0.25”, maybe a little less. I haven’t had my two days of rest after my second week yet, so I am going to re-measure again after rest and maybe I will have gained a solid 0.25” (rest seems to be good for gaining for me).
When I first started PE I thought I’d NEVER hang weights on my penis ‘cause it just didn’t seem natural to me. But after only 2 weeks I’ve gained 0.25”, and if this continues, I’ll only need another 2 weeks to be at my goal of 8.5” BP!
Anyway, I’d definitely recomend hanging to anyone out there who hasn’t tried it and wants some fast gains. Um, I guess I should give a warning to the newbies about being very careful about this since we’re in the newbie forum. Definitely read everything you can about hanging before you try it. Ask some of the more experienced people about what to do as well.
I’ve also been jelqing more than one session a day (only 5 minute sessions though after hanging) and this also seems to have given me a little girth (or I just didn’t measure properly last time). I’m now at 6” EG.
