Gains

Are the gains made with PE permanent ? Or do you have to do PE for the rest of your life to maintain gains made ?

Supposedly they are permanent but I say once goal is reached one should continue with a maintenance program.

Nothin in life is permanent. If you suddenly stop PEing for say 4 months or so, you will notice that you would lose some size. Or you could be like others who keep all gain they made. Doing a maintainance program for a while ensures that you do not lose most of what you gained.
