I did the newbie routine for 3 weeks & I gained almost .75”. I took 2 weeks off & now I’m starting the routine again. Are my gains a surprise? Because people seem to say that it takes them months to gain a full inch, while it doesn’t seem to take me a long time to gain. I’m still young & I push myself alittle bit more than I should in some session. I don’t masturbate often & I eat sort of healthy. I just don’t understand why some people are not gaining as much as I am in such little time. I’ve been measuring right. I do the bone press with my ruler. Am I doing the measuring wrong or what?

Well firstly everyone is different, so some people gain more easily then others. Also, I am still VERY new to this, but after reading through many threads it seems to me that gains occur somewhat exponentially less. In other words, typically one gains tons in the first 30 days of PE’ing (assuming correct technique off the get go), compared to say from month 23-24. My two cents :) Nice to hear the solid gains though, good luck with your goals!

You might or might not be measuring correctly. Some people gain a lot faster than others. Others might in years without seein that much gain. Congrats no the gains.

I was 5.25” when I started & now I’m around 6 1/8” now. I had a 2 week break & I really hope that that doesn’t stop the growth. I don’t have anything to measure girth. How do you measure girth without measure tape?
