I did the newbie routine for 3 weeks & I gained almost .75”. I took 2 weeks off & now I’m starting the routine again. Are my gains a surprise? Because people seem to say that it takes them months to gain a full inch, while it doesn’t seem to take me a long time to gain. I’m still young & I push myself alittle bit more than I should in some session. I don’t masturbate often & I eat sort of healthy. I just don’t understand why some people are not gaining as much as I am in such little time. I’ve been measuring right. I do the bone press with my ruler. Am I doing the measuring wrong or what?
