Hi,

I want to know if I’ll get gains without a rigorous frequency, like 3days on/5days off,2days on/3days off, etc.!
I have this question because I don’t have time everyday to do the exercises.. :(

A more consistent schedule would be better, of course. It depends on the man, each of us is different in our response to the exercises. The only way to find out if it works for your schedule is to try it. How important are the results to you? If you want the results you will try anything.

You are confusing consistent with rigorous. Without consistency, you won’t gain.

I also have time issues. I wonder if the intensity of the exercise can cancel out the need for frequency.

Over intensity can cause injury, and that is a bad thing.

I understand about time constraints, however, as gogojvc said, without consistency you won’t achieve gains. Find what works for you, 3 on 2 off whatever, but do it consistently.

I think that an unfrequent routine like that is good for maintenance,and not gaining.And concerning time issues,let`s be honest-if enlarging your penis means a lot to you,you will find the time.

Well said. Everyone is different of course but if you stick to the Newbie routine on a 3 day on, 1 day off basis, you should see a noticeable difference after a few months and perhaps even sooner. When you can’t stick to your schedule (traveling, etc) try doing lots of kegels and some edging to supplement your routine.
