Gains the first day?

Just did my first session last night and damn if I dont think I got some growth from it.
I did:
5 min wrap
10 min stretches
10 min of jelching
kagels for a while
5 min wrap

My dick was really fat and heavy after that maybe a little longer but I mostly noticed the fatness

Woke up this morning and damn if it wasnt still fat.

Seemed to shrink a little as I got up and started moving around though.

One question. How much pressure do you apply when you jelch? I started using the ok grip but switched to more of an upside down u grip, alternating hands.

Also, it wasd a little “hard” to stay, well halfway erect. Any thoughts on ideas for that?

Dream on dreamer. You may have gotten bigger, but you didn’t grow. Big difference. Takes a lot of time and effort to bring on permanent change. But don’t stop, it will happen.

Continuous visualization is a real important part of PE. I believe that you can to some degree gradually think yourself larger.

The jelq grip doesn’t need to be a complete OK but you probably need to change it around a bit during the session to even up stresses.

How much pressure is quite hard to describe (so I notice no one did :D ).

Basically the pressure needs to relate to the hardness of your erection, you need to judge it so it doesn’t feel like its getting more pressure at the end of a stroke. Some blood must be let through as a stroke progresses but you need to work your penis hard during a session jelqing isn’t masturbation. Each stroke needs to take a minumim of 2-3 seconds.

It is :) You’ll get used to it once you’ve been doing it for a while. If your erection goes down stop and regain it if it gets too high, think about netball or something.

What you experienced was we called a “psg” in another thread, meaning “post workout gain”. Your dick will be full of blood after jelqing and stretching, due to the small air pockets being engorged with blood. I experienced the same the first two days I started. The first day, I couldnt believe my eyes, so the second day i measured it and it was .5” thicker than normal (5.4eg” —->5.9” eg). Your dick will probably lose this state of engorgement in a few hours, but the normal size will grow if you stick to your routine for a little while. :D

I certainly love the feeling of a post PE session. When I look in the mirror it looks a little bigger. It’s amazing to see what little gains can do for you self esteem.


NBPEL = 6 (27/4/04). Aiming at 7 inches for now.
