Gains stopped... Anybody has gained thanks for having taken a deconbreak?
I am not asking if somebody has gained after having taken a decon break. What I mean, is if anybody didn’t gain for over 4,5,6 or even 8 or 9 months and took a decon break and after that he got back with a similar or even lighter rotunine and gained again.
I have been stretching for almost 1h 6 days a week (plus 5-15min jelq) for over 4 months and I haven’t gained…. I just got half an inch as a newbie gain and I did jelqs Ullis/squeezes and stretches. I am getting quite discourage. I know I don’t rest much but I don’t get why it is necessary to rest for lenght gains when stretching… Bib advises agains that and also extender producers….
I know guys like TNT took 2 weeks off every 6 weeks but he was doing mainly clamping…
I would like guys like monochrome, and memento to help me on this as they are fans of manuals. Also cantlook, did you take any days off on your extender/manual routine?
This thread is to talk about breaks, decon breaks and days off , but I would like my main question in the topic to be answered.
When conguering a golddigger you need a large bank account, when conquering a dickdigger you need a large tool. When conquering a woman you need a minimum of three things: money, class and yes: dick size. Good news are, you can actually improve in all these three aspects.
