Hi everyone!I’m at the 6 weeks now and doing the newbie routine now is 9 min. 2 days on 1 day off.
I do 14 stretches of 30sec straight out and down
And 18 stretches of 10 sec, 5 sec hold a keg and 5 sec reverse keg
Before was doing much more.than I took a break of 2 days and start again with 6min.
You know 2 weeks ago my tunica grown a bit what should I do? I that a sign of growing penis!
Any advice? Thanks
