Gains PURELY from jelqing, stretching and kegelling.
Just wondering if there are any real ‘traditionalists’ out there who have had meaningful gains (0.5 length, 0.25 girth) purely from manual stretching, jelqing, and kegelling.
The gains can be in the flaccid or erect state. It would be great if there are those who have, to state their flaccid and erect gains, and how much time they put into P.E.
Also, to go off on a quick tangent at the moment I am focusing a lot on the benefits of heat in P.E. I stretch in all ways for about 10 minutes, then put a hot water bottle on my cock for another 10. Then its 10 minutes of jelqing, and 10 more minutes of hot water bottle heat. Then I wear a cock ring. Although I haven’t measured this seems to be helping flaccid a fair bit.
