Just wondering if there are any real ‘traditionalists’ out there who have had meaningful gains (0.5 length, 0.25 girth) purely from manual stretching, jelqing, and kegelling.

The gains can be in the flaccid or erect state. It would be great if there are those who have, to state their flaccid and erect gains, and how much time they put into P.E.

Also, to go off on a quick tangent at the moment I am focusing a lot on the benefits of heat in P.E. I stretch in all ways for about 10 minutes, then put a hot water bottle on my cock for another 10. Then its 10 minutes of jelqing, and 10 more minutes of hot water bottle heat. Then I wear a cock ring. Although I haven’t measured this seems to be helping flaccid a fair bit.

I gained in my first(and only) 5 weeks of serious PE 0,6 cemented inches in length, and ~0,3 cemented inches in base girth. I know it`s cemented cause I havent done PE in 3 months. I did the newbie routine 1 day ON / 1 OFF . I`m starting again now to see if I can have again the “newbie gains” .

In just under 2 years ( 1 VERY inconsistant, 1 religiously) I have gained approx 2.25 inches in length and god knows how much in girth using only basic manual stretches and hardcore jelqing with a supersized serve of kegels. I started out with a measured length of just under 5x? (never measured my girth until recently) and last time I measured in early Sept I was NBP 7.25x6.5 ( 6.5 midshaft, 7 base ). I’ve had more growth since then and can’t wait to measure it in the new year :)

I’ve gotten at least 1x0.5 from manual stuff. I think I might have gained again for the first time in a couple of years this month actually. I will make a definite measurement in a few weeks.

Awesome, that is pretty inspiring. I had a session tonight, 20 mins stretching, 10 mins hot water bottle, 20 mins jelqing, 10 mins hot water bottle and now I’m wearing a cock ring. When I first started doing PE, I did only jelqing in the shower. I gained exactly one inch from it. Have been harder since then and I did nothing for over a half year, but now I have gained 0,25 inch more with adding new exercises to my routine.

One here. Gone from 5.5 BPEL to 7.8 BPEL (could be 8 inches now, haven’t measured in a while, lost my ruler), and over 6 EG purely with the ‘traditionalist’ exercises - and edging. :) Works more than fine for me - no need for that clamping, hanging, pumping shizzle.
