Gains of Newbie Routine Grads

As someone who is about to embark on his 3-month intro to PE, I thought it would be interesting to see what gains the newbie routine produced among the more veteran people here. Also, did you stick with the basic routine throughout or did you adapt it over time to fit your own preferences?

Starting stats: 7.6 bpl x 5.875 - 6 g

Hoping for: 9 bpl x 6.25 g
